Cleaning various tanks up 100 000 m3

The JetPetroClean ™ TANK system and equipment parameters allows cleaning of all available tank sizes on a refinery territory.
In addition to all kind of stationary tanks, the system allows for the internal cleaning of various transport tanks such as tank cars, tank wagons, ISO tank containers.
The system has necessary elements for the installation of a mobile station for the preparation (cleaning) of transport tanks.

Working crew

The minimum number of employees for the work is 3 people. We recommend the following distribution of duties: 1 person is a foreman and the work supervisor, he is also the base car driver and base car crane operator. 2 persons are operators. Operators perform work on opening/closing manholes, working with the washing system, working inside the tank. The structure of three workers is the minimum necessary to clean the filling station from four to five tanks (four to five hatches) in one day. In the case of an increase in the amount of work to 9 … 10 hatches per day, it is necessary to increase the number of the crew members.

JPC-20 complex is used, as an independent unit. Only pressure and ejector pumps of the complex are used. The diesel generator is used in the absence of electric power of sufficient power at the tank. Also in this embodiment, the complex can be used on a truck without unloading it and installing it on the working platform.

Designed to feed flush water with a working pressure of 6…20 bar to tank cleaning machines (monitors) during tank washing. The unit mounted in an standard 20F container.

Brief description of hydraulic monitors

The system uses two types of hydraulic monitors:
* controlled
* uncontrolled

The main hydromonitor is an uncontrolled rotating two-stage monitor with a working pressure of up to 20 bar. This monitor allows mechanically wash tanks with a diameter of up to 30 meters, regardless of the height of the tank.
Additionally, the system is equiped with an uncontrolled rotating two-stage hydraulic monitor with a working pressure of up to 10 bar. This hydraulic monitor can be used for internal cleaning of horizontal cylindrical tanks.
The controlled rotating hydraulic monitor is designed for washing walls of vertical cylindrical tanks, has a working pressure of 8 … 10 bar. The hydromonitor is controlled by a special pneumatic drive head. At the same time, the nozzle of the hydromonitor is controlled in the vertical and horizontal plane by reciprocating at a certain angle, which allows for washing a specific sector of the tank wall.
Hand-held hydromonitors are fixed on the side hatches of the tank with the help of a special mast. They allow to perform a primary cleaning.

General instructions

The set of equipment of the system as a whole is quite flexible and may have more usable cases than indicated. Possible usage mainly depends on the qualifications of the service personnel and their experience with the system.
In any case, the system must be used in accordance with requirements of the operational documentation for the system and components and user must comply to it. If it is necessary to use the system in cases not specified in the operational documentation, it is necessary to consult with the manufacturer.
